Hvor meget skal jeg ha' med ? Hvordan får jeg minimeret vægten i rygsækken ?,
spørgsmålene går igen gang på gang, og i de fleste tilfælde tror jeg ikke, at - især kvinder - får et tilfredsstillende svar her på siden.
Der findes et par pakkelister her på www.jakobsvejen.dk - bl.a. under Praktiske Oplysninger, men da undertegnede selv går med alt for meget i rygsækken, og jeg flere gange har fået at vide af andre pilgrimme - primært kvinder, at de ikke VIL OG KAN gå med så stor en vægt, har jeg opgivet selv at give gode råd. MEN det forhindrer jo ikke at videregive andres pakkeliste. Og her fornylig faldt jeg over en pakkeliste på www.caminodesantiago.me, som en canadisk pilgrim, der kalder sig C clearly, har lagt ud på nettet - KUN 5,320 Kg i rygsækken, og 2,478 kg tøj på kroppen, samt diverse ting i lommerne, ialt 7.798 gram eller 7,8 kg, før vand og eventuel mad, men inkl. påklædning . Den er hermed gengivet (på engelsk) i håb om at den kan give danske pilgrimme en ide/inspiration til at få vægten på rygsækken ned:
